Integral Missionary Training (IMT) in Chile
The Integral Mission Training is a 5 month training programme in Chile designed to train disciples for a missional lifestyle. The IMT takes on a holistic approach combining classroom teaching with practical ministry and outreaches. Prioritising one-to-one discipleship and mentoring, allowing students to process what they’re learning about God in a safe environment. The IMT programme offers an exciting introduction to cross cultural mission while helping you to deepen your relationship with God and to grow in discipleship. The EMI programme is taught in both English and Spanish. It includes two outreaches and you'll be involved in other local ministries too.

Morocco is one of the three least-reached nations in the world. Yet the northern tip of Morocco is only 14 km from the coast of Spain. Caribbean Finance Director
The Finance Director (FD) plays a key role in enabling workers being sent from the Caribbean to serve amongst the least reached or within the Caribbean team. The role is a complex one, involving multiple entities and currencies. The main responsibilities of the FD are supervising OM Caribbean’s accounting function, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and reports, and donations accounting. The FD is assisted by finance assistants based in the various islands or working remotely.
