Cross-Cultural Training (Phase 2) is a gap year training organize purposely to give already equipped REACH trainees and other missions’ students the Practical Ministry Experiences (PMEs) needed to serve in the Unreached. CCT (Phase 2) empower trainees to use all the tools and skills in the area of Unreached area focus. Modules such as VCJFs (Harvest Training), EPIC Journey, Sports Ministry, Practical Missions etc are introduce to advance trainee’s focus.

This year in our STEP into MENA program, we will be offering a special track for those seeking training in serving the people from MENA by using the Arts. 1st month:Trainees study the local dialect and receive basic training for service among the least reached in MENA, coached by experienced trainers. 2nd month: Artists receive specialized training and coaching from experienced international artists, followed by a time of engaging in creative art projects in partnership with local artists. 3rd month: Trainees receive mentoring as they continue to specialize in their area of interest, and continue with creative art projects.

STEP into MENA 2024
This year, we offer three tracks: STEP INTO MENA For those not yet sure how and where to serve the people from MENA. STEP INTO MENA ARTS For those seeking training in serving the people from MENA by using the Arts. STEP INTO CNA for those with previous experience serving among the people from MENA, interested in joining our field for a minimum of 2 years. 1st month:Trainees study the local dialect and receive basic training for service among the least reached in MENA, coached by experienced trainers. 2nd month: Artists receive specialized training and coaching from experienced international artists, followed by a time of engaging in creative art projects in partnership with local artists. Other trainees go deeper into developing their language and cultural understanding, friendship making and local travels.. 3rd month: Trainees receive mentoring while engaging deeper in their area of interest; arts, church planting, language etc.
