Caribbean Finance Director
The Finance Director (FD) plays a key role in enabling workers being sent from the Caribbean to serve amongst the least reached or within the Caribbean team. The role is a complex one, involving multiple entities and currencies. The main responsibilities of the FD are supervising OM Caribbean’s accounting function, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and reports, and donations accounting. The FD is assisted by finance assistants based in the various islands or working remotely.
