REACH is a residential training program. It is designed to break away from your current lifestyle and focus on functioning in a dynamic, intercultural community. It is a discipleship experience that prepares you for involvement in global ministry.
The time spent studying will help you build a solid foundation for further cross-cultural work. It consists of lectures, creative assignments, discussion groups, Bible studies, and opportunities for prayer and worship. Theoretical classes are interactive and accessible. They cover topics such as spiritual formation, sharing the Gospel, and God's plans for your life. We talk about the development of Christian communities, leadership, and teamwork. Modules on global mission, culture, and world religions await you.
You will apply the knowledge you have gained in practice, in the real world, serving people. Starting with physical work with other participants, visits and volunteering as part of existing projects run by OM or local churches, one-day events, to longer intercultural trips. You will gain experience and prepare yourself to fulfill your calling.
Individual coaching and mentoring are key elements of the REACH experience. The goal is to create conditions in which you will receive personal support from an experienced missionary. Your coach will support you in your spiritual and emotional growth, help you set your personal goals, and achieve them effectively. This is a time of growth for you.

We will answer your questions, guide you through the recruitment process and, in the case of activities outside Poland, advise you on how to finance the trip. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and know English at a communicative level. Remember: you don't need to be an expert to start the greatest adventure and live a life of love!
