Thousands of children and families in Cambodia's slums face poverty and lack of prospects every day. The Transformational Development Center, run by OM in Phnom Penh, is a place where young people receive an education and can eat a nutritious meal. They build lasting friendships and rebuild dreams. These meetings are the beginning of real change for entire families. Your donation is also the key to someone's future! Financial support makes education, continued nutrition programs and support in key safety aspects possible, as well as building competence and empowerment throughout the community. Together, we can bring multi-generational transformation and share hope. The #70PLN challenge is OM's annual initiative to support those most in need around the world. Thanks to your commitment, we have been able to bring real change in Yemen, Sudan, Lake Tanganyika, among others.

In Yemen, people have been experiencing famine since 2016, lacking access to clean water and basic medical services. The humanitarian crisis in Yemen has been described by the UN as "the world's worst famine in 100 years "*.
OM's local partners in Yemen have been offering practical assistance to those most in need for many years. Together, we provide food and drinking water, supply hospitals, prevent homelessness, and organize basic education. By offering to monitor and mentor these projects, we invest in equipping local leaders motivated by love for God and people.

More than twenty people, dedicated to the vision of creating living communities among all peoples, are engaged in OM's work in Poland full time. We share a common calling, though different stories - many of our missionaries are people with refugee experience or from countries with difficult economic situations. However, each team member makes a unique contribution. Providing financial support to specific individuals on the team is a wonderful way to enable local activities to thrive. These people are the most valuable part of programs that effectively reach thousands of people across the country.
We have no external sources of funding for salaries. Our team functions through the generosity of individuals and churches. In addition to living expenses, we also raise funds for training and support Poles to get involved in projects in other countries. Contact us if you would like to learn more about our team or support a specific individual.

We believe that good governance and transparency is also a practical expression of love for God and people. HERE you can read the Association's financial statements. The Association's Board of Directors does not receive a salary for its functions. The Association has its own Financial Policy, which stipulates, among other things, that support given for specific projects cannot be transferred to other purposes without prior agreement with donors.
