Child Protection Policy

The Operation Mobilisation in Poland association aims to create an environment where children can safely develop physically, emotionally and spiritually.

We take with the utmost seriousness our responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of children in all areas of our operations. We are committed to doing everything in our power to protect the children who use our benefits, who participate in our programs or with whom we have contact.

The purpose of the Association's Child Protection Policy is to recognize that children are vulnerable to harm and deserve the right to protection.

PSEA: Protection from sexual exploitation and abuse

OM in Poland works to promote the dignity of the most vulnerable people, based on the belief that every human being is the image and reflection of God (Imago Dei), and therefore their value, dignity and importance must be respected and protected impartially and without regard to any other considerations.

OM in Poland recognizes that when working in humanitarian contexts, there is a risk of sexual exploitation and abuse by staff against beneficiary communities.

OM in Poland is committed to enforcing a zero-tolerance policy against sexual exploitation and abuse.
