II PURPOSES AND BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

OM in Poland processes the following categories of your personal data:
- identifying data (e.g. name, surname, date of birth),
- contact data (e.g. mailing address),
- data concerning education, previous employment and experience in non-governmental organizations
- other data directly related to the preparation or suitability to perform specific statutory tasks in the Association or other foreign entities Operation Mobilisation, with which OM in Poland directly cooperates, including data treated by us as confidential, e.g. concerning health condition.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out volunteer or missionary service through OM in Poland. The Association may process other personal data, in particular your image, if you voluntarily provide it to OM in Poland.

OM in Poland processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• in order to carry out recruitment for volunteering and missionary service (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) RODO),
• for the purpose of concluding a contract and carrying out volunteering, as well as for the purpose of carrying out overseas missionary work (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA),
• if you have given your consent, in order for OM in Poland to conduct future recruitment (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
• in order to assert and defend possible claims related to the recruitment process (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
• internal administrative purposes of OM in Poland, including personnel management, statistics and internal reporting of OM in Poland (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
• the continuous and uninterrupted operation of OM in Poland by ensuring the integrity of archived/backup/failover copies (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).

III RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the processing of data for the above purposes, your personal data may be shared with:

• other Operation Mobilization entities outside the country;
• entities that process your personal data on behalf of OM in Poland on the basis of a contract concluded with OM in Poland for the entrustment of personal data processing (so-called processors);
• employees of OM in Poland; subject to appropriate protection of confidential data (Cat. 4).

IV DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data shall be processed for the period necessary to realize the purposes of processing indicated in point 2, i.e:

in the scope of the recruitment process / preparation for a mission trip, in connection with which your personal data are processed, for a period until the end of the recruitment process not resulting in the conclusion of a contract with you, and after that time for the investigation of possible claims - until the expiry of the limitation period specified in the provisions of the Civil Code; where processing is based on your consent to data processing, until withdrawal of your consent;in terms of pursuing the legitimate interests of OM in Poland for the internal administrative purposes of OM in Poland and the continuous and uninterrupted conduct of OM's business in Poland, for as long as the legitimate interests of OM in Poland forming the basis of such processing are fulfilled, or until you raise an objection to such processing.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by OM in Poland, you have the following rights:

IV DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the purposes of processing indicated in point 2, i.e.:

1. in the implementation of the recruitment process / preparation for a mission trip, in connection with which your personal data are processed, for a period of time until the completion of the recruitment process not resulting in the conclusion of a contract with you, and after that time for the investigation of possible claims - until the expiration of the statute of limitations specified by the provisions of the Civil Code;
2. where processing is based on your consent to process your data, until you withdraw that consent;
3. in terms of pursuing the legitimate interests of OM in Poland for OM in Poland's internal administrative purposes and the continuous and uninterrupted conduct of OM in Poland's business, for a period of time until the legitimate interests of OM in Poland forming the basis for such processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.
